在對張掖市農(nóng)村電網(wǎng)改造和農(nóng)電負(fù)荷變化情況調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上，基于柔性輸電理論，為提高農(nóng)網(wǎng)供電質(zhì)量和供電可靠性，分析了在張掖市農(nóng)網(wǎng)中適時(shí)采用FTU技術(shù)的必要性及可行性。采用FTU技術(shù)建立配電設(shè)備與饋線主站之間的通信，獲取配電系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行控制及管理所需數(shù)據(jù)，執(zhí)行主站給出的對配電設(shè)備的控制調(diào)節(jié)指令，實(shí)現(xiàn)提高供電質(zhì)量和供電可靠性，降低電能損耗，提高設(shè)備利用率，減少維護(hù)費(fèi)用，節(jié)省總投資的效果。實(shí)現(xiàn)正常情況下的優(yōu)化配網(wǎng)運(yùn)行和故障時(shí)的自動判別和自動隔離故障區(qū)以及恢復(fù)非故障區(qū)供電。為今后張掖市農(nóng)網(wǎng)的進(jìn)一步改造提出決策依據(jù)。

　　Based on the investigation of the rural power grids and rural power load changes of Zhangye city， using FACTS as the theory guide， in order to improve the quality and reliability of rural power supply， this paper analyzed the necessity and feasibility of timely using FTU technology in the rural network of Zhangye city. Communication between distribution equipment and master feeder was established to obtain the control and management data of the system， and to implement the master control instruction to distribution equipment， which improved power quality and supply reliability， reduced the power loss， also improved equipment utilization， reduced maintenance costs and saved total investment. Using of FTU technology optimized operation of distribution network under normal circumstances， realized automatic identification of fault and isolating fault area automatically， it also recovered the non-fault zone supply， which provides decision basis for the future transformation of rural power network in Zhangye city.
