干涉儀的零位確定問題,是激光干涉儀應(yīng)用中的關(guān)鍵問題之一. 所提出的合成光源串聯(lián)干涉儀方案,容易實(shí)現(xiàn),可以保證較高的精度. 敘述了串聯(lián)干涉儀的工作原理和多模激光二極管光源的合成技術(shù),并進(jìn)行了仿真計(jì)算. 結(jié)果表明,合成光源能夠?qū)⒔档凸庠吹南喔砷L度,有利于干涉信號(hào)中心條紋位置的辨別;串聯(lián)干涉儀能夠解決干涉儀初始位置(或者零位) 確定問題,為絕對(duì)式干涉儀的設(shè)計(jì)和研制提供了新的途徑和手段.

Abstract : Determination of zero point is one of the keys to the application of interferometer. The suggested use of series fiber optic interferometer with a synthesized source can be easily implemented to achieve high precision. The operation of the series fiber optic interferometer with synthesized source was simulated and the result s show that synthesized source can decrease the coherence length , and is beneficial for cent ral posi2 tion identification. mental interferometer and provide a new method for the design and investigation of absolute inteferometer.
